  • All International orders are shipped USPS Priority with 14 day delivery unless customer request & pays for Express Shipment unless customer chooses Bongo International.   We recommend that customers allow us to ship orders USPS Priority or Express for speedy international delivery instead of Bongo International.
  • All Domestic orders are shipped United Postal Service Ground Service or Express (3 day, 2 day, 1 day).   Average delivery time from South Carolina to New York, Georgia, Kentucky, Florida & North Carolina is 2 days using UPS ground.   Average delivery time to reach California or Maine is 5 to 6 working days.   UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday as a working day.

Product Returns
We understand if you desire to return something.   We will make certain to make things right by

  • Allowing you to return for credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase of any non-personalized product.
  • After 30 days you may return for replacement any non-personalized product up to the value of the product purchased.
  • If we engrave an item and get the font or spelling wrong, you may return the purchased item to us for replacement.

  • Your average delivery lead-time from Sterling Hut in Lexington, SC is between 2 to 3 business days to New York, Illinois and Texas, and 5 or 6 business days for shipments on the West Coast.  
  • International customers may use Bongo International shipping to ship their product from the United States.   Just click on Bongo International (left right).

Product Definitions

Because there are different types of silver sold on this site, we believe it is important to provide our customers with the various metal definitions of silver before one chooses a gift to commemorate the most important event for the love one's life. 

* What is meant by the term 92.5% Sterling Silver?   An alloy of silver containing 92.5% silver and 7.55% copper or other material.   Any solid 92.5% sterling silver item is marked "Sterling" in accordance with Italian law.

* What is meant by Bilaminated Silver?   A sheet of sterling silver and an alloy (aluminum or other) fused together in the manufacturing process.  Our weighted sterling silver Francesco Moretti product line is made with Bilaminated Silver with a tarnish resistant surface.  Each Bilaminated Silver item is marked with a silver content formula.

* What is meant by Weighted Sterling?  A sheet of 925 sterling silver sandwiched around weighted material.  Our Mazzetti Silver Gift Collection is manufactured with this weighted sterling silver manufacturing technique to reduce the silver item's cost to our customers.    Weighted sterling silver gifts are marked "Argento", the Italian name for "Silver".

* What is meant by Sterling Silver Plated?  One silver coating over a metal base.  Bianchi Silver products are sterling silver plated with not one but 6 coats.  That makes Bianchi very special and unique to the common silver plated that only have one thin coat.   Our product will not turn black but will retain the beauty for many years to come.
