Shipping & Delivery
The Sterling Hut ships to International and Domestic Markets. For International orders, both the shipping and billing address must be identical. U.S. orders valued at $500 or more must also use the same shipping and billing address. If you prefer to have your silver gift shipped in a different manner, you may select one of the UPS shipping options with an associated shipping rate. From the shopping cart you will be able to estimate shipping costs before you place an order. Product is generally shipped 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of order. A tracking number is provided to all customers when available, and we insure each item. Gift wrapping is free to Sterling Hut customers. Phone us at 888-819-1009 for your engraved order.

Privacy & Security
Protecting your Privacy is important to us. We commit to respecting and protecting your customer information. When you submit an order to us, The Sterling Hut ensures that your confidential information is secure and not disseminated to outside parties. Confidential customer financial information (credit card numbers) are never saved in our data base.

Returns & Replacements
We encourage you to open your order and inspect the item purchased within 14 days.   If an item is defective, ask for a return authorization number and upon receipt we will replace the item as quickly as possible. 

With the exception of items purchased under the Architectural Elite Design Solid Sterling Gift Collection specially ordered from the factory for Clients, Customers may return all silver items in their original (undamaged) condition at time of purchase, within 14 days of delivery.  New product must be returned with proper packing and in the original box.   As a courtesy to our customers, we will waive the industry standard restocking charge for all Sterling Hut customers.  If an item is returned for credit, unless the item is damaged we will reimburse only for the purchase price of the item less discount.   Shipping & handling is not reimbursed.

Please carefully read the special terms and conditions for all Architectural Elite Design Solid Sterling Gift Collection items before ordering (terms & conditions found under  each Elite Design product display).  A 25% restocking fee applies to Corporate accounts that benefit from special wholesale prices.  Restocking fee for our Elite Collection customers is only 15%.

We would like you to understand that all of our products are handcrafted and hand-polished. Natural variations do occur and each item is unique. These variations are considered acceptable and do not impair the beauty or functionality of the piece.

Conditions for Returning Engraved Items
We use a laser engraving process and, though every care is taken during engraving, some minor variations in the texture immediately surrounding the engraved area will occasionally occur. These variations are considered acceptable and do not impair the quality of the piece and are not a cause for return.
Due to the personal nature of engraving, we do not accept returns of engraved items. We are extremely careful about engraving; however, if you receive your engraved item and there is a misspelling or the wrong font was used, we will exchange that item for a new one.

*Before shipping back the item, you must call us at 888-819-1009 and request a Return Authorization Number
*We will only exchange the item within 14 days of your receipt of your order
*We will only exchange the item if the font is incorrect, there is an incorrect word compared to your (the customer's) instruction, or there is a misspelled word(s)

The Sterling Hut accepts very secure Pay Pal Direct, Pay Pal Express, plus Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Authorized.Net.
